  7. The Pixelworks WhirlWIN family of graphics controllers provide
  8. high-performance X SCO solution for a wide range of display requirements.

  10. WhirlWIN series graphics controllers are available with support for display
  11. resolutions of 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200, and 2048x2048.  Every WhirlWIN
  12. model is powered by a graphics accelerator chip, providing X Windows graphics
  13. performance several times faster than any SuperVGA.  All WhirlWIN displays are
  14. non-interlaced, with "high-refresh" 72Hz support at 1280x1024 and lower
  15. resolutions.

  17. WhirlWIN X servers are provided as part of the standard SCO ODT distribution,
  18. and can be selected directly from the mkdev graphics display list.

  20. Optional WhirlWIN enhancements include:  fixed frequency VGA text support for
  21. use on 50khz, 64khz, and 78khz fixed frequency monitors; third-party X servers
  22. with complete XIIR5 support, multimedia extensions, and extremely high
  23. performance.
